ATD Tulsa Event Registration Terms and Conditions

By registering for an ATD Tulsa event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Hold Harmless

Attendees of any and all ATD Tulsa Chapter events assume all risks related to attendance, whether such risks occur on location prior to, during or subsequent to the event. The attendee agrees to hold the ATD Tulsa Chapter and ATD harmless from any and all theft, damages, illness or injuries that might arise due to attendance at the location. In addition, the attendee agrees to abide by all local health directives and guidelines in place at the location of the event.

Registration and Payments

• Payment for ATD Tulsa Chapter functions and events is accepted online in advance; or by cash, check or credit card at the door if approved for that specific event. 
• Reservations cannot be cancelled after headcount is provided to the facility. 
• There are no refunds for “no-shows.” 
• Unpaid “no-shows” will be invoiced and are required to remit payment.
• Unpaid balances over 90 days may cause your account to be suspended.

Use of  Quotes and Images

I hereby grant to the board of directors of the Tulsa chapter of The Association for Talent Development (ATD), their successors and assigns, and those acting under their permission, or upon their authority, or those by whom they are commissioned:  

(1) The unqualified right and permission to reproduce, copyright, publish, circulate and otherwise use quotes regarding the chapter or chapter related matters, photographs and/or motion pictures of me, and voice reproduction, whether taken in a studio or elsewhere, in black‐and‐white or in color, alone or in conjunction with other persons or characters, real or imaginary, in any part of the world.  I hereby waive the opportunity or right to inspect or approve the quotes, finished photographs, files or videos or the use to which it may be put, or the copy or illustrations used in connection therewith. This authorization covers composite, stunt, comic, freak or any unusual photograph and/or motion pictures, or voice reproduction, caused by optical illusion, distortion, alteration or made by retouching or by using parts of several photographs or by any other method.  

(2) All my rights, title, and interest in and to all negatives, prints, tapes, videos, and reproductions thereof, and I do hereby release the aforesaid parties and their successors and assigns, if any, from any and all rights claims, demands, actions or suits which I may or can have against them on account of the use of publication of said photographs and/or motion pictures or tapes.  I have read and understood the release stated above and do hereby agree to its terms and conditions.
