Join the Tulsa ATD Chapter for a unique learning experience — a Special Interest Group (SIG) event combining tabletop gaming with real-world talent development!

In this fun and fast-paced 5th edition Dungeons & Dragons one-shot adventure "We Be Heroes", based on the Pathfinder module We Be Goblins, you'll step into the shoes of a high fantasy goblin navigating challenges that mirror the real-world workplace: team dynamics, problem-solving under pressure, leadership decisions, and creative collaboration.

No D&D experience? No problem! We’ll provide everything you need — including characters, dice, and guidance from an experienced Game Master. We will even provide tea, lemonade, pizza and cupcakes, but feel free to bring snacks to share!

After the game, we’ll host a short debrief to connect the adventure back to key talent development themes, such as:

• Group communication & collaboration

• Role-based leadership

• Facilitation & decision-making under uncertainty

• Gamification in learning design
