Program Description:
ILT & VILT training encompasses 60-70% of all training developed and delivered. However, most training programs struggle to ensure a consistent experience for the participants, the facilitators, and the content developers.
A well-constructed guidebook can rectify all those problems. It allows a better experience in designing and developing training programs. It enhances the facilitation of the program and ensures consistency across different trainers, locations and modes of training. This creates a great learning experience for the participants and they come away with a post-training resource.
Guidebooks play a fundamental role in both instructor-led and Virtual ILT programs. A well-crafted guidebook helps ensure consistency in delivering material across multiple trainers and locations and ensure that your training program is an asset of your organization.
In this session, we will take a practical look at items you can implement to create a phenomenal guidebook.
