01 - Member Program with Lunch (Pre-Registration) – $20.00
This is for ATD Tulsa Member registrations received BEFORE the pre-determined headcount meal guarantee is to be submitted. Payment accepted online in advance; or by cash, check or credit card at the door. Reservations cannot be cancelled after headcount is provided to the facility. This is a special complimentary registration for the speaker/presenter/facilitator for an event. An admin must provide the speaker with the specific event registration code shown to admins on the event page.

According to Gallup, 87% of the workforce is not engaged. When people play to their strengths they are six times more likely to be engaged.

According to a Blessing and White study, only 38% of organizations meet their employees development needs. Gallup StrengthsFinder unlocks potential for employees to understand their talent, cultivate talents into strengths and increase overall engagement.

This session will reveal StrengthsFinder as not only a powerful assessment, but a pathway to dramatically increase performance.

Adam Seaman consistently receives enthusiastic client response to his use of the Strengthsfinder™ 2.0 assessment tool in support of their development as positive leaders. Over time, however, he discovered that people often have a hard time even remembering their top talents, much less realizing the full value of those talents in the form of strengths.

Recognizing that the “missing piece” was expert intervention in the form of a well defined process for refining our talents into strengths, Adam created Talent2Strength. Adam has now personally facilitated this journey for thousands of participants and has certified a carefully selected group of professional facilitators to launch the program in select markets.
